Scene from England

Im Annalise. AKA- [A]nniie [A]ddiction. 17yrs/F/GB.
Being scene is fun, vibrant and different. It’s a colourful way of expressing yourself and it’s light-hearted. Being scene is extremely creative, It makes you feel unique and different from others in a positive way.
The first thing you’ll most likely notice in a Scene Kid is their hair and eyes. The hair is teased and back- combed, making your appearance big and noticeable. When doing makeup, apply lots of eyeliner, eye shadow, mascara and false eyelashes. It doesn’t make a person fake, just experimental and great to notice. A scene kid can get away wearing pretty much anything if they have the big hair and great makeup. Mostly wearing skinny jeans and band tees, complimented by bangles and big necklaces, being scene is creative so bright colours are a must have and this reflects the bubbly, outgoing person a scene kid actually is.
Im from England, so you don’t see many that are into the scene culture unfortunately but there are a wide range of styles that each individual can be influenced by. The clothes I wear do consist of skinny jeans and for tops I wear either chequered shirts or tees with slogans on them. I love shoes and different kinds of footwear so most of the time if I walk out of the house, I’ll be wearing different shoes each day. I own hi-tops, plimsolls, dunks and pumps all in different labels from Converse, Vans to Iron Fist and it just doesn’t stop there. I’ve always loved Jeffree Star, Hanna Beth and ‘MILLIONAIRES’, so I would say that they are a great influence on me and I think they are amazing people with big aspirations and personalities.
The five shops that you would mostly see me shop in would be:
· Topshop
· River Island
· New Look
· Primark
· Republic
At the moment im using ‘Shockwaves ultra strong power holder’ hairspray which helps keep firm hold on keeping my hair big and bold. The next best hairspray that I would recommend for others would definitely be ‘TIGI Bed Head Hard Head’ Hairspray that gives a longer last which is good for those that don’t want to comb out their hair at the end of the day. Lol
For my conclusion, there is nothing wrong with being scene and I love being artistic and creative with my clothing. :D Apologies for the lengthy paragraphs, but im rather passionate about the Scene culture :P haha. Thanx for reading. X
