Life is never an easy game. People will constantly put you down, and kick you while your down. While others may help you back up. The few people in this word who are willing to do that can be called friends. And yet even fewer can be called best friends, which are rare to find. That being scene is just another way to show people who you are. Those colors in your hair there not just colors there your favorite colors! ( My fave color is pink but i can't but pink in my hair THANKS MOM!) and it's the way you feel about yourself as well, it's not all like "ok i'm going out"..."oh shit people are gunna laugh at me" NO! if you feel this way when you leave the house lookin' all scene (and amazing) then you should say in your head everyday "those people look just as stupid as i do" (trust me this works)
AND IN CONCLUSION! being scene doesn't mean (haha rhymes)that you have to listen to scene music ,go to raves be friends with all other scenes it simply means that you arn't afarid to take you masks off (AHAHAHA i should be a modivational speaker charge $100 every half an housr i'll be there for 2 hours just to say *see above* over and over.., YES I HAVE A PLAN!.) but sersously. ^.^

My name is Katrina. You don't have to wear lots of make-up and really teased hair to be Scene all you have to do is be yourself, everybody is unique in there own little way. Where ever you go you will get weird looks just because you are different from them. There will always be haters who will try and make fun of you, and then there are people who want to be like you. You are your own self and nobody can change that. There may be posers of you but at least you know who you really are and how you express yourself.

There are few of us "scene queens" just roaming around my town. I get weirded out faces, and called names, and made fun of just because i dress differently and wear my hair oddly to school everyday. The kids at my school that are jerks to me, is only because there jealous. They cant take the fact that they cant look like that. Especially the preps, they call me "Raccoon" because my eye liner is always so dark, and because i have a coon tail died into my hair. And then they come to school the next week with dark eyes and stripes in there hair. So obviously there jealous of me, which i dont understand why they would be. People at my school just like to be posers, they cut their wrists just because they see the scars on my wrists, and want to be like me. Well they just dont know the stories behind each of my scars. And for all them haters out their that be hatin me, just keep it up, because "Haters Make Me Famous" <3 :]

Peope are always gonna treat you differently, based on how you look. There are always gonna be people that judge you, and you are always going to be put into a stereotype. If you're scene, people are going to give you glances full of distaste. You are always going to be criticed by people that you may consider "preps". Don't hate them, it doesn't make you any better than them. Remember that they almost always are jealous of you for one reason or another. But, knowing this, don't assume you're better than everyone. It's much better to have the outlook where you look for good things in people that you would like to change about yourself. Don't deny your flaws. Accept them, and try to improve.

Scene kids are different yes but were different because everyones normal. I use to be very insecure but then i started site modeling on myspace and myyearbook and now id like to for SceneQueens. Im not perfect but i try to keep everything in balance between high school, guys and modeling and it seems to be working for me right now. No matter where you are, people will criticize you. There will always be someone who doesn't like you; it's impossible to please everyone. You need to learn to embrace your flaws. It's important to know who you are and know what you want. Remember, most people hate because they're jealous or hating makes them feel powerful. Stand out to be confident. Don't ever become scene just to please your peers. Also if you are going to be a scene kid in a place where they are extremely rare, be prepared for the many angry glares and discrimination you will get from other people. However, be careful not to become overconfident. Nobody wants to interact with someone who puts them down or acts like a jerk, but don't let people walk all over you either. You need to know just the right balance, you absolutly shuld be nice. People say scene kids are.....

How to spike scene hair for girls:
First of all, you need short layers on top, from the ear up. It's easier that way.
You will need:
Hair straightener
Hairspray
Teasing comb
Hairbrush
Hair gel
Hair bow or headband (optional)
Step one: Straighten your hair
Step two: Brush the top of your hair back. This will give you the fan spike look we are going for
Step three: Start from the middle and work your way to the sides. Tease parts of your hair and spray where you teased. Keep doing this until your hair is teased all around.
Step four: Brush the spikes up. Tease again if need be. Now what you do is spray all over and straighten the strands.
Step five: Ruffle the back of your hair with hair gel. In case your spikes were to go down, the back of your hair will look like you made a cave unless you do this.
Step six: Spray your hair all over and add the hair bow or headband, if you wish.
And... You're done!

I figured out no matter where i go im going to get critized on. But thats what its all about being scene is about making people drop whatever they have and makin a scene. Other people are going to like it but they can deal with it. I dont go all out of teasin or eyeliner but thats what makes m special scene kid.

I believe the world revolves around what you do, so you can't just waste your whole life being dull & shy. I know that the world is full of people you will NEVER want to meet, but there are so many amazing people out there that can help you out & just overall make life worth living! No one should even worry about the haters-thier just jealous! ;D At least you'll know how awesome you are! But keep in mind it's also important to remember not to get a big head. You want to have as many friends as you can! Just open up, belive in yourself, be unique, and always remeber to have fun!!

Scene kids all around go through their daily lives acting upon themselves to be inspired and creative individuals who strive to be the best they can be, but haters look down upon them and at least try to make themselves look cool by putting other people down. To be a scene kid, it's not just about having the look, it's about having the right attitude and outlook. You can't be a true scene kid with the wrong attitude, yeah you may look the part but deep down you don't really have what it takes. You must be positive and happy attitude that other people can feed off of and make them have a good perspective on you. Be prepared for tons of haters, they come all around. To me, being a scene kid is just being unique , having a sense of style that not many people do. some scene kids have the scene kid hair, some have the gunshot wound, some have the chealsae, some have fauxhawks, some are even bald. but honestly, its not the hair or the makeup that makes you an official scene kid. you have to be kind, and loving, as all people should be. its not fun these days in the world, because NOBODY is accepting anybody out of their mindset. im also seeing scene kids who are the rudest, most stuck up judgemental people ive ever met. id like to change that. instead of becoming famous by being beautiful, i want to become famous by changing the world, one kid at a time. <3xoxo

Scene to me isnt just a style. Its not just the teased hair, band shirts, heavy makeup, etc. Its more about how you act and let others find out who you truly are through your actions. Scene is all about showing people who you are in you're own special way. For example, i like to show people who i really am through my hair and my attitude. I like to have some natural colors in my hair with a splash of color. When I show people who I am, i make sure they know that i see good in everyone but it doesnt necessarily mean that i trust them. I'm a very fun and outgoing person and I tend to show that through my style. Being scene isnt all what people think. There is so much more to it, and I think more people should find that out. (:

Im not sure wether this is to tell you about me or why i want to become a scene queen, so ill do a bit of both. Im Lissy and my dream has been to become a scene queen, not to become famous, or sign autographs, but to show the world my pictures and how i can model. I have great confidence in myself and think id be able to do it, no matter how difficult it may be. I show my personality 100% in the way i look and speak. Im sweet and caring and dont care what people think about me or my appearance. People tell me im pretty and i just reply with "Thank you so are you." I dont want to be one of those stuck up snobs, as most may be. I met one of them the other day, she was a model, and said she was a scene queen, she acted as if she was better than i and i just said "Well thankyou for all of your words, they mean alot to me, But i will never be like you, and i never want to be you, I want to be myself from the inside out." People may glare at me, and people may critisize, but i love my flaws, even if their horrible. I do what ever i can to show my face and make it anywhere i can with other people. I want to take it to the next level and not just use my phone for pictures. I Love my makeup, but it doesnt show my face as much as id like it to, though it bring out my eyes, i sometimes hatte putting it on. My hair is a different story, Every girl loves their hair, but mine is just amazing. Every layer, every strand is just outstanding. I hope this artical works for you, I tryed my best.

There's not a lot of scene people around. I don't have all the scene stuff like normal scene's I guess, but I love to walk around and make my own kind of scene.
