HOW TO DO SCENE HAIR AND MAKE-UP meilaina massacre™ style:

Materials:)

• hair spray ;D
• hair straightener :]

• comb and a brush O.O
• eye liner o.o
  

Steps:)

1. straighten ur hair as straight it can possibly gett.
2. Take your first layer ;] and back comb or tease it wht ever you call itt.
3. spray your roots with some extra hold hair spray.
4. do that alot! cus u want it to get big a poofy ;]
5. get your fav hair accesory to put in your hairr.
6. hair srapy it again just to make sure tht it stays big and fluffly :D

MAKE-UP TIME!!:)

1. take any color of eyeliner you want and put it on your water line
2. next your gonna put it on the top right by ur eyelashes...
3. if u want to make it look sexy ;D add wings to it :}
4. use what ever eye shadow u want and put it on the way you think it will look good.
