Being scene isn’t just one way of looking and acting. There are many ways to express yourself as scene, because not every single scene person can be exactly alike. Here are some examples on how to be scene
-try listening to the music. Hardcore, electronic, crunkcore, rock-pop, and electro/pop Hardcore: bring me the horizon, sleeping with sirens, a day to remember, eatmewhileimhot!, black veil brides, escape the fate, the devil wears prada Electronic: nickasaur, owl city, blood on the dance floor, heyhihello, breathe Carolina, breathe electric, lights Crunkcore: brokencyde, dot dot curve, snapkracklepop, Hollywood undead (also kind of considered hardcore) Rock-pop: nevershoutnever, all time low, stereo skyline, paramour, fall out boy, the ready set, porcelain and the tramps Electro/pop: millionaires, romance on a rocketship, the medic droid, jeffree star
-wear the fashion Tops: band tees/tanks, tees and tanks with hello kitty/gir/super heroes (batman, spiderman, etc)/any other cartoon character, tees and tanks with cool patterns on them like stripes/skulls/hearts/etc, hoodies with the same stuff on them, cute dresses, plaid button up shirts, and plenty more things-just Google scene clothes/clothing/fashion or look at more articles on this website. Pants: skinny jeans (ripped, colored, regular), cute skirts, colorful/ripped shorts Accessories: scene diamond/bat/scene tooth/almost any other necklace, rubber band bracelets/again-almost any other bracelet, big and small bows/flowers/barrettes, long/medium/short hair extensions (depending on hair length) that have patterns (like coon tail, bats, etc) or just plain colored, studded belts, cute headbands-either stretchy or regular as long as they’re colored/patterned/have a bow or flower on it, cute geek glasses, big sunglasses, shutter shades, converse/vans/nike/the shoes don’t matter much. Hair: you’ve probably seen the pics of scene kids-so you probably know what the hairstyle looks like (bangs across or off to the side/length varies/dyed colorful/dyed black or blonde/kept natural color/it isn’t just one specific haircut. Make-up: again, it varies depending on skin tone but usually its colorful eye shadow/black eyeshadow/black or colorful eyeliner/smokey eye/mascara or fake eyelashes/pink-red-or purple lip stick/shiny and colorful lip gloss
-join the scene Get a myspace, buzznet/stickam/twitter, and/or scenequeens, shop at “scene” stores like hot topic/journeys/spencers/etc.
