♥SCENE HAIR AND MAKEUP♥
Things you need: Comb,Extra hold hairspray,Eyeliner and eyeshadow.
HAIR: Tease or backcomb your first layer of hair then use the hairspray
at the roots do this with the second layer too and keep teasing
and spraying the parts because you want it to be big :D add an
accessory and bam you have your scene hair!:D
MAKEUP: Use any color eyeliner and apply it to the waterline then put some above
your eyelashes wing it if you want then take eyeshadow of any color and
apply it how you like and use loads of mascara or if you need fake eyelashes
:D use lipgloss and your done! :)
