How I dress 'scene' for school..etc.
-First thing I do: tease my hair and flat iron it. If im putting in extentions i will do that as well.
-The second thing i do is my makeup. eyes: consisting of one colour, many colours, plain black, or a rainbow :D
-sometimes i will do a theme on a holiday. 
-foundation..something that is obviously my skin colour. 
-blush..well...whatever you want
next i will pick my tops :)
i like layers and just plain graphic tees.
If i layer, it is usually going to be a long sleeve shirt, and then a print tee on top of that
for a graphic tee, it can be anything you like varying from animal prints, faces, funny slogans/sayings..and all that jazz
you can wear whatever you want basically, your trying to be original and different.
bottoms
leggings: i would wear a longer shirt with a pair of ripped leggings.
leggings can be worn in bright animal prints, or neon. ripped is usually worn by many.
for jeans, i reccomend skinny jeans. they can be ripped too :)
i like black skinnies, sometimes ill wear pink ones:)

shoes:
high heels.
converse
flats
vans
...
accessories:
big bags
for necklaces its usually kawaii candy or something for me. ( eg. like little lollipops, dougnuts or cupcakes on a necklace)
bracelets: kandi bracelets are really sweet,,,or you can wear as many bangles as you can fit on your forearm :)
hairbows....anything you like :D

the reason i say to be original when it comes to clothing, is because your clothing choice is going to represent you and your mood.  you also dont want to go and copy everything from a certain rolemodel or people may start saying things to you..which wouldnt be fun. take plenty of ideas from all sorts of scene queens and make them your own :D
all i have to say is be fun and creative with it...dont be afraid to stand out from the crows-thats what scene is all about right?
confidence and originality are important...so be ready :)
