!How to Cut your own Fringe scene bangs!:D
You Need:
Scissors
Hairbrush
trashcan
Flat Iron
How to:
1. Brush all your hair Forward! Make your Part in your Hair from the top !
2. Brush it All Forward.
(make sure one Long strand is Separate From what your Going to cut!!)
3.cut DOWNWARDS not STRAIT across!
The Bits near your ONE eye cut shorter than all the rest!
You Also can use shears or a razor if your Fringe still looks thick(Or If you want it to look more jagged!)
.
NOTICE!!:
It Takes 1 to two months before your bangs will be trained to flip to the side! I advise you do this early in the summer! If you have never done 'the scene fringe' before it will stick strait up!
To prevent this:
Flat iron it (like mwah!)
Wash them and dry them in the position you want them (for fast results use this!)
.
An WALLAHH you Have a Beautiful fringe bangs :D!
Enjoy! ( Its easier in a Youtube video to explain!)

How to dress scene In order to dress scene you must wear brightly colored clothes. Your closet must consist of various colors of skinny jeans, tutus, and band t-shirts. You can add your own personal style by wearing accessories. Accessories can add a lot to an outfit, and nothing says scene queen like a tiara! I personally like colorful bracelets and cute small necklaces. There are many ways to dress scene while adding your own personal touche to the look.

Here's a few tips on how not to be a hated scene queen:
1. Don't walk around being conceited. Nobody likes a person that walks around acting like they are "It".
2. Don't try too hard. It takes time to get the "scene" look down. Don't change yourself over night. People will call you a poser.
3. Don't over do it. Don't wear WAY too much makeup or go full out on the bows and accessories.
4. Be yourself. Being "scene" is all about expressing who YOU are. Don't be like everyone else.
5. Don't be rude to people. First off it's mean and second you'll turn to be a total priss.
6. Don't walk around going, "I'm so scene, I'm so scene, I'm so scene!" It gets really annoying to most people. Which will cause you to get taunted and picked on.

How to Do Cute Scene Make up 1 Apply stick concealer or heavy cream foundation (to match your skin) all over your face. 2 Apply loose powder in a shade lighter than the concealer. 3 Get both a liquid and a pencil eyeliner in black. 4 Using the black pencil eyeliner, a line along the lash line of your lower eyelid to your desired thickness. 5 Then, using the black liquid eyeliner and a fine eyeliner brush, line your top eyelid, starting from the inner crease to the outside end of your lash line. Flare it out for the most dramatic effect. 6 Go over the bottom penciled line with liquid eyeliner. 7 For an even more stunning effect, apply a smudged line of black eyeshadow slightly underneath the eyebrow. 8 Apply several coats of black mascara. 9 If you want to be colorful, put a bright neon eyeshadow on your lids and a little above your crease to get the dramatic effect. Then, get black eyeliner and draw cheetah prints on your eyelids. TADAH!!!
