Scene girl: Attitude and style
From where I come from, there are scene girls everywhere. The ones with multi color hair, the brokeNCYDE tee, checkered skinnies, and the bitchin’ hair. They all may look the same but no, people are so wrong.
People think they know all about us Scene girls. They think we’re obnoxious, self-centered, and attention whores. Well, guess what? We’re not obnoxious; we just love to be silly and heard. Not self-centered either, we just have more confidence in ourselves more than others. Being an attention whore? Well, what can I say, we love making a scene XD
Style is a BIG part in a life of a scene girl. It expresses your personality and how people want to see you ass. Example is Zui Suicide. She is a scene queen with a fun personality with a twist of dark and cuteness in the way she dresses. Jeffree Star is a king who dresses like a queen with his pink hair, those shirt dresses, high heels, and always revealing his tattoo up legs for the whole world to see. But he doesn’t give a crap.
Scene girl style is a little different from Emo. We do love to wear the skinny jeans but with some color on some days and wear tutus for when we feel EXTRA good. The shirts are mostly band-tees from MySpace (Such as Blood on the Dance Floor, Bring me the horizon, Dot Dot Curve, and Asking Alexandria), also some cute cartoons are a scene favorite too (Gloomy bear, Hello kitty, and Invader Zim). Accessories are REALLY important also. Like the colorful bows, especially huge ones, the bracelets covering up half your arm, and those knuckle necklaces we just love. Now HAIR! Hair is so important, it gives people something to talk about like how much colors we put into, how choppy or layered it is, and how much hair spray we used to make it cute puffy tease looking’ ^^ We just absolute love our hair.
Scene to me is just another way to be dark but with a silly, cute, and totally hot thing whenever you want it to be, a way to express your inner rainbow :) If people don’t like how we are and how we dress well...you know what we say: Haters make me famous.
