Step Number 1; SKINNY JEANS! LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS! you can wear skirts (boys, if you REALLY want to get like Jeffree Starr or Izzy Hilton, then this applies to you too!), but my personal advice is to wear ripped tights too, fishnet tights look epic and are a major trend. leggings are also epic.
Step 2; Band T-shirts. Music plays a MASSIVE part in being a scene kid. wear t-shirts of big bands (brokencyde... green day... paramore... all time low) and some of maybe smaller band like support bands from the concerts you have been to see (for example, i went to see summerlin and they are a tiny band from leeds - england!). Hello Kitty t-shirts and other cute, unique things like that are major too.
Step 3; shoes shoes shoes! Converse All Stars. they are HUGE in the scene world. Vans are just as big, if not bigger! if you can, personalise them by drawing on them with a pen. make them as unique and diverse to you as possible. stand out.
Step 4; Make yourself as different as possible. this doesn't mean grow a neon afro. it means be who you want to be and be confident. if everybody else is dressing in Hello Kitty stuff, be unique and wear something like an All Time Low t-shirt. be different. being different is how kiki kannibal got famous - creating the trend of Coontails and making jewellery because no-one else of the time was.
