"What you need to be Scene"
There are a lot of things that you need to be scene. Being scene is a unique look that takes dedication and time. It can't be sloppy. So here's what you need:
Makeup: Make up is one the most important things you need to be scene. Most scene people where it dark but bright. You need eyeliner (liquid or non-liquid), Mascara, Eyeshadow, foundation. When putting on eyeliner make sure it's thick but neat. Scene queens keep their make up detailed and perfect, night and day. Eye shadow can be dark, or bright, or mixed colors. Mascara should be thick, and make your eyelashes large. Foundation should be spread all across the face, it looks best if you spread it down your neck too so you don't look like you're wearing a mask.
Hair- Hair is the most important, it's what creates the "Scene look". Scene hair is chopped in many layers, usually very short on the top. You can have this done by a professional or by your self. Dying hair is a very scene thing. Bright colors such as blue, red and green are very popular. Dye it every week if you want. You can have streaks of more than one color, layers of colors, or coon tails. Bangs are easily done, you can cut them yourself. Teasing your hair is easily done with a comb, and then spray it with hair spray so it stay.
Piercings: A lot of Scene guys and girls have piercings. You can have a lot, or even one. The lip ring is very trendy and looks good on most people. Snake bites are popular too.If you don't like a piercing, take it out and it will simply close up.
Clothes: Alright, clothes can be easy. When your scene, just wear your own style! Wear bright colors. Mix and match patterns. Wear stripes with plaid. Wear a scarf for no reason. Throw a bright pink tie on when your wear green with your blue hair. Shoes, are easily picked. They don't matter much. Buy some tights and wear a puffy skirt or tutu. Wear big bows in your hair. Be different so that you stand out to everyone!
Pictures: Pictures are sometimes hard to take. You have to find the angle and position for your pictures. If you can't get good lighting then edit your picture and up the brightness and contrast. Be unique, no one wants to see pictures that all look the same. Have other people take your pictures too.
